Group Accountant

TL;DR

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and capital market publications under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Ensure proper transaction recording, compliance with SOX, SEC, and US regulations.
• Serve as contact for all departments on accounting issues.
• Maintain master data, reporting quality, and develop accounting/consolidation guidelines.
• Optimize processes, advance automation, standardization, and digitalization of accounting.
• Support special projects in external accounting and international regulations.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics with focus on accounting/finance.
• Relevant experience as Group Accountant or comparable role.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, including SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and US regulatory frameworks.
• Practical or theoretical knowledge of consolidation.
• Very good Excel skills; knowledge of management reporting systems.
• Legal right to work in Ireland; quick comprehension, analytical thinking, hands-on mentality.

• Knowledge of IFRS regulations.
