What you will do
- Lead Financial Health initiatives in the EU, ensuring the compliant delivery of journeys and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the UK FinHealth team to deliver localized policies, strategies, and analytics.
- Own Collections and Recoveries outcomes, balancing positive customer results with strong portfolio performance.
- Partner with operations, tech, and credit risk leadership to implement a robust financial health strategy across the arrears lifecycle.
- Support product and tech squads in shaping in-app journeys for customers facing financial difficulties.
- Work with data analysts to extract insights into customer behavior and optimize health strategies.
Requirements
- Direct experience leading collections and recoveries strategies or products for a regulated lender in a European context.
- Strong understanding of the role of collections and recoveries within the credit risk strategy of a lending business.
- Deep knowledge of European consumer credit regulations and their variations across member states.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic company environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin office.
