What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Order Management Specialists, managing daily activities and fostering high performance.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of software orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence.
• Manage contract setup, invoice adjustments, and compliance.
• Own month-end and quarter-end closing procedures, meeting all deadlines.
• Provide sales and stakeholder support as primary liaison for Enterprise Sales, Finance, and other teams.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Software Order Management, including 3+ years managing a team.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems; SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Expertise in operational timelines, month-end/quarter-end financial closes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, deadline-driven with strong problem-solving.
