What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple global indirect tax projects.
• Manage assigned project activities, milestones, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Assess the impact of indirect tax regulatory changes from process and system perspectives.
• Coordinate with regional indirect tax teams to support project execution and data gathering.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder materials.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Tax, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in tax, finance, accounting, compliance, or project support.
• Exposure to indirect taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales & use tax).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Cork, Ireland for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• ERP experience, specifically with SAP.
• Exposure to specialized tax and reporting tools.
