What you will do

  • Manage the Supplements team to drive individual and organizational success.
  • Develop and recommend new workforce models to reduce costs associated with virtual supplements.
  • Build and manage manual and automated workflows to increase operational efficiency.
  • Use data to articulate current and future planning and report on successes and opportunities.
  • Implement industry best practices to improve quality in claims handling, repair management, and field appraisals.
  • Coach and mentor estimating managers to elevate overall department performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supplements or repair.
  • At least 4 years of management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance principles as they apply to appraisal decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, supplements classification, and fraud detection.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based, and results-driven environment.
  • Work authorization and residency in the US (implied by 401k, HSA, and US-specific health insurance).
