What you will do

• Manage and deliver IT projects in Cyber Security, specifically focusing on IAM and PAM.
• Lead and coordinate Privileged Access Management initiatives.
• Manage and cooperate with external suppliers (Supplier Management).
• Act as a Delivery Lead for IT and security-related projects.
• Translate technical requirements and specifications into clear actions and deliverables.
• Manage change processes and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Proven experience in delivery of IT and security projects.
• Hands-on experience with PAM and conceptual understanding of access control systems.
• Experience or familiarity with Mainframe / RACF environments.
• English: Strong communication skills required for daily use in an international environment.
• Location: Must be based in Poland and able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.
