What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed cutover plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task ownership.
• Lead all cutover activities, including mock runs, dress rehearsals, and final production cutover across technical and business streams.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go decision checkpoints to ensure transition readiness.
• Identify and resolve cutover risks and dependencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee defect management, contingency planning, and rollback procedures.
• Provide hypercare support post go-live to ensure smooth handover to operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in ERP cutover management, specifically within SAP environments (S/4HANA, EWM).
• Proven track record of leading cutover activities for large-scale implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO, as well as data migration and system integration.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA.
• Fluent in English.
