What you will do

• Define the overarching design vision and strategy for core pillars: Trade, Transact, and Tokenize.
• Build and mentor a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and empathy.
• Lead the evolution of CX infrastructure and Design Systems across all web and mobile platforms.
• Oversee the creation of wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Act as the primary advocate for design excellence, justifying decisions to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX leadership in software development.
• Track record of managing design teams and scaling processes in fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts including REST APIs, webhook messaging, and database mechanics.
• World-class portfolio showcasing complex B2B or fintech digital products.
• Expert-level mastery of Figma and deep familiarity with Jira.
• Prior experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or brokerage-as-a-service industries.
