Salary: ~$240,000 per year plus equity and bonus

• Lead design for the Cash product, driving outcomes for high-yield savings and checking experiences.
• Integrate Cash initiatives into the broader hirify.global ecosystem to ensure intuitive user journeys.
• Utilize rapid prototyping and broad exploration to accelerate strategic decision-making.
• Mentor other designers and define new patterns and processes to uplevel the team's craft.
• Collaborate directly with the executive leadership team through strategic consultations and biweekly reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience within a consumer software company.
• A portfolio showcasing elegant, visually engaging solutions to complex user problems.
• Ability to use frameworks and principles to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, researchers, and content designers in fast-paced environments.
• Must be located in the United States.
