What you will do

• Architect and evolve the consolidated corporate financial model with dynamic tops-down and bottoms-up forecasts for headcount and capital allocation.
• Build frameworks for per-product and per-platform profitability tracking, including contribution margins and unit economics.
• Liaise with Product and Revenue teams to align resources with customer demand, prioritize roadmaps, and validate pricing via competitive analysis.
• Structure complex enterprise contracts and provide pricing levers to optimize deal value and margin expansion.
• Lead vendor negotiations and COGS management for cost optimization and scalable unit economics.
• Conduct scenario analyses for crypto market volatility, competition, and regulatory shifts; develop LTV/CAC frameworks across products and verticals.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years progressive experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A, preferably with Investment Banking/Private Equity background followed by high-growth tech operating experience.
• Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or Brokerage highly valued.
• Advanced financial modeling skills for complex three-statement and product profitability models.
• Tech savvy with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Databricks), AI for automation, and large datasets.
• Commercial acumen in B2B/B2B2C API models, Gross vs. Net Revenue in fintech/payments.
• Strong communication to distill complex analysis into executive slides and memos; detail-oriented with organizational skills.
