What you will do

• Manage end-to-end treasury for fiat, crypto, and skins, overseeing liquidity, settlement, and custody.
• Lead payment operations, including processor integrations, payouts, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Implement and own automated reconciliation processes across wallets, exchanges, and game inventories.
• Design and enforce treasury policies, controls, and documentation for audits and regulators.
• Manage strategic relationships with banks, PSPs, custodians, and KYC/AML vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering to build automated tooling, APIs, and financial dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or payments operations within gambling, fintech, or crypto.
• Proven deep knowledge of gambling industry financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Practical experience with crypto custody, on-chain monitoring, and crypto-fiat conversion.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience in skin gambling or trading (e.g., Steam, skin marketplaces).
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or spreadsheet modelling for automation.
• Experience with treasury management systems like QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of token standards, NFTs, and smart contract basics.
