What you will do
- Lead the development of the AUTH product, managing a team of engineers to deliver features supporting business growth.
- Partner with product and program managers to define, plan, and execute the technical roadmap.
- Collaborate directly with external exchanges to align on and develop custom API integrations.
- Recruit, coach, and develop engineers, specifically managing staff and principal level talent.
- Maintain technical competency by making consistent development contributions to the codebase.
- Drive engineering-wide initiatives and introduce industry-leading patterns and practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a heavy focus on B2B APIs and SDKs.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience managing staff and principal level engineers.
- Expertise in Golang and familiarity with TypeScript and React.
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols (Bitcoin, Ethereum), on-chain flows, and crypto security.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems with high transaction volumes and sub-second latency.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills to represent engineering to external partners and stakeholders.
