What you will do

  • Lead team of engineers and product managers to deliver tokenization products and features supporting business goals.
  • Partner with product and program managers to plan and execute tokenization roadmap.
  • Drive technical planning for smart contracts, asset lifecycle, and integration with broader engineering roadmap.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop engineers specializing in smart contracts and distributed ledger technology.
  • Oversee project success, introduce engineering best practices, and contribute to codebase.
  • Participate in technical discussions and build vision for team's role in tokenization ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years hands-on software engineering with focus on robust APIs and SDKs for B2B.
  • 5+ years engineering management including principal-level engineers.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record delivering complex blockchain or financial products.
  • Golang expertise; familiarity with TypeScript and React.
  • Deep knowledge of tokenization, smart contracts (Solidity/Rust/Go), token standards (ERC-20/721/1155/1400), RWAs, custody, regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with distributed systems, high-throughput ledgers, messaging (Kafka/NATS).
