TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (requires in-person time at customer sites)

What you will do

  • Build and deploy AI-powered solutions for media planning, audience segmentation, creative optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Work embedded with clients to identify marketing workflow pain points and shape them into actionable use cases for the platform.
  • Assess marketing data quality and ensure the Data Platform team consumes the correct data structures.
  • Translate technical outputs and complex model uplift analyses into business narratives for C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a Deployment Strategist to turn technical insights into rapid business solutions.
  • Provide direct field feedback to product and engineering teams to drive quick iteration and shape future offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in São Paulo for hybrid work and client site visits.
  • Background in statistics, econometrics, or data science.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing or leading analytics for real digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with comfort working with APIs and basic software engineering concepts.
  • Experience with experimentation design, including A/B tests, geo-lift studies, and incrementality frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical executives.

  • Previous experience working at an ad tech company.
  • Experience within a growth or performance marketing team.
