What you will do

• Build and maintain high-quality LookML models to enrich the semantic layer for AI consumption.
• Design and configure domain-focused Data Agents with structured instructions and Golden Queries.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate metadata governance and semantic consistency checks.
• Create reusable AI skills and workflows for natural language data interaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into measurable data models.
• Drive improvements in data standards, processes, and AI-generated insight reliability.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data modeling.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Expertise in SQL and production-grade Python.
• Hands-on experience with BI modeling tools like Looker or dbt Semantic Layer.
• Experience designing context for AI agents and building CI/CD pipelines for data artifacts.
