What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned federal opportunities.
• Execute capture plans to ensure alignment with win strategies and customer priorities.
• Conduct customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitor assessments to strengthen positioning.
• Coordinate internal gate reviews and ensure capture artifacts are complete and actionable.
• Collaborate with solution, pricing, and proposal teams to shape compliant responses.
• Support teaming strategy, partner coordination, and subcontractor engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of direct, hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience.
• Must reside within the continental US.
• Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions.
• Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization or cloud migration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies.
• Shipley or APMP certification.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.
