What you will do

  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth start with hirify.global.
  • Manage customer accounts with regular touchpoints and usage monitoring.
  • Prepare and join customer meetings, demos, and check-ins.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams.
  • Support contract renewals and internal handovers.
  • Document customer insights and feedback in internal systems.

Requirements

  • Up to 1–2 years experience in Customer Success, SaaS, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Interest in SaaS, technology, or digital products.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow quickly.
  • Team player in a dynamic environment.
