What you will do
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth start with .
- Manage customer accounts with regular touchpoints and usage monitoring.
- Prepare and join customer meetings, demos, and check-ins.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams.
- Support contract renewals and internal handovers.
- Document customer insights and feedback in internal systems.
Requirements
- Up to 1–2 years experience in Customer Success, SaaS, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Interest in SaaS, technology, or digital products.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow quickly.
- Team player in a dynamic environment.
