What you will do

• Provide pre-sales and product consultancy for complex mid/large customers
• Design solutions and configurations for sales quotations and RFPs
• Conduct technical interviews, demonstrations, and presentations to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and sales projects
• Analyze market trends, product performance, and customer feedback to support product enhancements
• Participate in meetings to implement new products and achieve revenue goals

Requirements

• Fluent English (at least B2)
• Extensive experience with payment processing solutions
• Ability to lead solution design and delivery programs
• Great overview of software and hardware solutions
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to map market trends and present new solutions
• Flexible to implement new procedures
