Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Be based in Argentina. Willingness to travel frequently.

What you will do

  • Define and lead functional and technical solutioning for large, complex opportunities in Cards and Core Banking.
  • Develop solution architectures, flow diagrams, and documentation aligned with client needs.
  • Craft RFP responses and solution proposals for banks and fintechs.
  • Participate in customer discovery and shape solution positioning with Sales and Product teams.
  • Deliver demos, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences including executives.
  • Support strategic conversations, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams, and own transition to implementation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Pre Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture, including 5+ years with card issuing, processing, or core banking platforms
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud-native architectures (microservices, APIs, distributed systems)
  • Proven ability to design enterprise-grade solutions for financial institutions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced English required
  • Be based in Argentina
  • Willingness to travel frequently
