What you will do
- Define and lead functional and technical solutioning for large, complex opportunities in Cards and Core Banking.
- Develop solution architectures, flow diagrams, and documentation aligned with client needs.
- Craft RFP responses and solution proposals for banks and fintechs.
- Participate in customer discovery and shape solution positioning with Sales and Product teams.
- Deliver demos, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences including executives.
- Support strategic conversations, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams, and own transition to implementation.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Pre Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture, including 5+ years with card issuing, processing, or core banking platforms
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-native architectures (microservices, APIs, distributed systems)
- Proven ability to design enterprise-grade solutions for financial institutions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced English required
- Be based in Argentina
- Willingness to travel frequently
