Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL (approximately 50% travel required)

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

What you will do

  • Train and educate customers on effectively utilizing the hirify.global platform and integrating it into their current processes.
  • Consult with clients to consistently deliver measurable ROI and business value.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships to create hirify.global champions.
  • Analyze account statistics and performance metrics to educate clients and drive performance.
  • Manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Identify and manage opportunities to organically grow client portfolios through additional solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within Automotive SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience working within a dealership, with exposure to daily fixed and variable operations.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and projects.
  • Technical aptitude regarding software, dashboards, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to dealership environments.
