Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

What you will do
- Train and educate customers on effectively utilizing the platform and integrating it into their current processes.
- Consult with clients to consistently deliver measurable ROI and business value.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships to create champions.
- Analyze account statistics and performance metrics to educate clients and drive performance.
- Manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Identify and manage opportunities to organically grow client portfolios through additional solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within Automotive SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience working within a dealership, with exposure to daily fixed and variable operations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and projects.
- Technical aptitude regarding software, dashboards, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Must be based in Chicago, IL.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to dealership environments.
