Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + bonus

What you will do
- Train and coach rental locations on embedding into check-in, check-out, and damage processes.
- Deliver ROI through consulting on operational improvements, damage recovery, and efficiencies.
- Build relationships with owners, managers, and teams as go-to advisor for best practices.
- Analyze performance data to drive adoption, improvements, and behavior change across portfolios.
- Manage book of business, prioritizing travel based on impact, risk, and growth.
- Partner with Sales, Ops, Field Service, Product for launches, issue resolution, and customer advocacy.
- Identify organic growth opportunities like additional systems or new features.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role (SaaS, automotive, fleet ideal)
- 3+ years in automotive/car rental operations (rental, fleet management)
- Proven portfolio management balancing strategic and frontline support.
- Consultative mindset with data-driven recommendations for challenges.
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environment with travel.
- Technical aptitude with software, analytics, CRM tools.
- Understanding of car rental operations (check-in/out, damage, fleet utilization).
- Willingness to travel up to 60% for site visits, launches, training
