What you will do

• Manage retention, expansion, and overall growth of a mid-size portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute thorough sales account plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
• Consult with customers to identify and drive the adoption of additional products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual customer business reviews to demonstrate value and analyze trends.
• Manage contractual documentation, including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs, and handle contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to maximize revenue opportunities and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales account management for strategic national or global accounts.
• Must be located and authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as required by client needs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional, consultative demeanor.
