Location: Remote or On-site in Cyprus, Malta, Poland, or Ukraine. Offices are also available in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Maintain consistent inbox placement and target spam rates ≤ 0.2% and complaint rates ≤ 0.15% across key GEOs.
• Build and manage scalable domain and IP infrastructure, including the warm-up process for new assets.
• Ensure 100% correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations across all sending domains.
• Monitor infrastructure health daily and manage blacklist monitoring and delisting processes.
• Develop regular reputation reporting and align sending strategies with the CRM team.
• Proactively identify risks related to volume growth and segmentation strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in email deliverability.
• Proven experience with high-volume sending (3-5m+ emails per month).
• Practical experience with Google Postmaster Tools and other platforms (Mail.ru, Microsoft SNDS).
• Strong understanding of SMTP basics and the ability to analyze email headers for troubleshooting.
• Expertise in building domain/IP infrastructure and setting up authentication protocols.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus, Malta, Poland, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-risk industries.
• Experience working with multiple ESPs or custom in-house ESP solutions.
• Knowledge of engagement-based sending and how segmentation impacts deliverability.
