What you will do

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for casino products
• Manage bonus mechanics, free spins, and special offers
• Build and maintain promo calendars aligned with business goals
• Analyze promo performance and optimize campaigns based on data
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Product, CRM, and Customer Support teams
• Adapt promo strategies across different geographical areas

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Promo/CRM/Retention roles within iGaming
• Strong experience with betting/gambling products (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with promo mechanics (bonuses, free spins, campaigns)
• Understanding of the user lifecycle and retention impact of promotions
• Experience working closely with data and analytics teams
