What you will do

• Create, monitor, and optimize promotional Casino CRM campaigns across multiple brands and external partners.
• Coordinate with internal Casino teams and external game providers for new game releases and marketing support.
• Develop and track an engaging cross-sell experience across all touchpoints and channels.
• Process customer complaints transferred by CS to ensure a seamless player experience.
• Define campaign objectives, timing, and segmentation based on game preference and gaming frequency.
• Conduct weekly campaign reporting and competitor analysis to provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional CRM experience, ideally within the online casino industry.
• Business proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Casino products, promotions, and marketing channels (email, SMS, push notifications).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving optimization through quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Experience using a CRM platform (Optimove is a strong advantage).
