What you will do

• Translate CRM briefs into accurate campaign builds across Bloomreach, Retool, and other operational platforms.
• Perform end-to-end QA on builds to ensure targeting, logic, rewards, and scheduling are correct.
• Validate the availability and correctness of CRM data points, segments, attributes, and event triggers.
• Identify repetitive tasks for automation and provide feedback to refine operational workflows.
• Collaborate with CRM Strategists, Martech, and BI teams to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign builds and contribute to operational KPIs like SLA adherence.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience executing CRM or marketing automation campaigns (Bloomreach, Retool, or similar).
• Must be based in Malta, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Serbia.
• Strong understanding of CRM data fundamentals, including segments and reward logic.
• Methodical and process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail regarding QA and naming conventions.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
