What you will do

• Lead project management for implementing new manufacturing technologies in machining and assembly.
• Develop technology innovation roadmaps and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Screen the market for new technologies and support New Product Introductions during feasibility reviews.
• Implement operational projects to improve production cost, product quality, lead time, and safety.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by creating communication platforms for best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, materials, automation, electronics, or industrial engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in process development within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in CNC-machining processes is preferable.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to travel on an ad hoc basis.
