hirify.global is a product-driven startup providing an all-in-one enterprise-grade platform for cannabis retailers, combining POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management.

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across different teams and functions, from intake to offer.
  • Build strong pipelines through proactive search, sourcing, market mapping, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role setup, search strategy, interview flow, and decision-making.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline health.
  • Support new hires during onboarding, including welcome trainings and probation check-ins.
  • Contribute to broader HR and recruitment process improvements and company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, product, or fast-paced environments.
  • Confidence in sourcing and running outbound searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong spoken English to communicate confidently in an international environment.
  • Experience with hiring metrics and funnel analysis.
  • Ability to build trust with hiring managers and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
