What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operational support for the EMEA creative studio and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate the intake of briefs and track the delivery of creative outputs across digital, print, website, and video formats.
- Collaborate with project managers and creative leads to maintain workflow visibility and escalate operational risks.
- Act as an internal client advocate, refining project briefs and translating client feedback into actionable instructions for the team.
- Partner with Account and Project Management teams to scope and cost out projects.
- Liaise across APAC, EMEA, and NA regions to ensure alignment on global initiatives and timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, account management, or project management.
- Proven experience in a client-facing capacity, handling requests from briefing to final delivery.
- High level of organization and keen attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent professional communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
- Location: Must be based in London

- Previous experience in studio management or coordination.
