TL;DR

Client Growth Lead (Advertising): Orchestrating CEO-led client engagements and commercial strategies to maximize revenue impact with an accent on pitch development and strategic storytelling. Focus on translating complex ideas into compelling narratives, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating high-level stakeholder interactions.

Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 3 days onsite)

hirify.global is a global specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands.

What you will do

  • Plan and orchestrate all CEO client interactions, strategic reviews, and forward-looking engagements.
  • Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline to identify opportunities where CEO involvement can accelerate revenue.
  • Develop high-impact client presentations, pitch decks, and narratives that translate complex ideas into compelling stories.
  • Coordinate meeting objectives, prepare high-quality briefing packs, and ensure sessions are outcome-driven.
  • Track post-meeting actions and maintain momentum on commercial opportunities.
  • Align Sales, Strategy, and Client teams to ensure readiness and execution for CEO-led interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or advertising agency roles.
  • Strong expertise in pitch development and storytelling.
  • Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of revenue drivers.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and communication skills.
  • Confidence and experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days onsite)
