Location: Onsite at 2999 Street Rd, Bensalem, PA (swing shift 3PM-11PM). Must be able to obtain Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Pay: up to $22 per hour (base $9 + $8.5 guaranteed tips + up to $4.50 performance bonus; unlimited customer tips).

What you will do

• Present and conduct live games on schedule using computer prompts, following rules and Pit boss instructions.
• Communicate professionally with players, answering game questions per chat policy.
• Report risks, mistakes, or unusual activities immediately to Pit bosses.
• Attend training sessions, briefings, and participate in promotions like photo/video shoots.
• Maintain professional demeanor, confidentiality, and perform additional duties as instructed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED; must be 21+ years old.
• At least 1 year customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for live streaming environment.
• Ability to deal, shuffle, count cards and operate gaming equipment with repetitive motions.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays; punctual with attention to detail.
