What you will do

• Represent the brand voice across English-speaking social media channels and online communities.
• Manage platform operations, including account setup and content updates for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Build and nurture an engaged community by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews.
• Track and adapt social media trends, viral formats, and memes for community management.
• Analyze community engagement and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or personal projects.
• Ability to handle both creative and operational tasks effectively.
• Proactive, organized, and hands-on approach to work.
• Excellence in written and verbal English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
