What you will do
- Build and lead a centralized User Acquisition Department servicing multiple subscription products.
- Define and own the overall UA strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs, testing frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Manage large-scale budgets to ensure efficient CAC and positive ROAS.
- Mentor a distributed team of UA Managers and lead hiring and performance management.
- Partner with data science to refine advanced analytics and attribution models.
Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in subscription-based D2C products across multiple verticals.
- Proven track record managing multi-million dollar monthly paid budgets.
- Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
- Fluency in analytical tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL.
- Experience managing and developing teams of 5–7 UA professionals.
