Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

What you will do

• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyse issues and gather requirements for Asset Finance applications.
• Produce clear functional documentation and support delivery of system enhancements and changes.
• Act as point of contact for applications, handling incident resolution, change requests, and vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute system testing, support production releases, and create user documentation.
• Ensure changes align with governance, internal controls, and maintain high system availability.

Requirements

• Experience as IT Business Analyst or Change Analyst in financial services, ideally with banking or lending platforms; Asset Finance beneficial.
• Comfortable across full change lifecycle: requirements, testing, release coordination, stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple priorities.
