What you will do

• Develop, maintain and enhance workflow systems and processes
• Create daily performance reporting and deliver ad-hoc analysis
• Provide insightful analysis using workflow and performance data
• Test workflow systems and escalate issues
• Manage and balance multiple workloads across sites and functions
• Deliver automation, standardisation and best practice
• Support accurate workload and volume data collection
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience using workflow management systems such as Verint Work Manager or similar
• Strong analytical skills with logical and methodical approach
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Understanding of operational or back-office work flows
• Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
• Collaborative mindset with focus on continuous improvement
