What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance workflow systems and processes.
• Create daily performance reporting and conduct ad-hoc data analysis.
• Test workflow systems and escalate technical issues.
• Balance workloads across various sites and business functions.
• Drive automation, standardization, and best practices across operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery for customers.

Requirements

• Experience with workflow management systems (e.g., Verint Work Manager).
• Strong analytical skills with a logical, methodical approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Understanding of operational or back-office workflow environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Hove, UK.
