TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must work 3 days a week from the Hammersmith, London office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact quantitative and qualitative research programs, including global trackers and focus groups.
- Map the fan journey across all touchpoints to track audience attitudes, motivations, and behaviors.
- Manage external research agencies to ensure data quality, actionable insights, and adherence to timelines.
- Partner with marketing, commercial, and digital teams to provide data-driven support for their strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex datasets into persuasive narratives and interactive dashboards for senior stakeholders, including the CCO and CMO.
Requirements
- Proven track record in quantitative primary research.
- Expertise in diverse research methodologies, from large-scale surveys to qualitative interviews.
- Proficiency in visualization and communication tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Express.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across marketing, commercial, and digital functions.
- Ability to work from the London office 3 days a week.
