TL;DR

Product Manager (Engagement & Gamification Tools): Own the full product lifecycle for promotional engagement portfolio with an accent on gamification mechanics such as leaderboards, missions, prize drops, achievements, tournaments. Focus on conducting market and behavioural research, defining product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features to drive player engagement, retention, and operator workflows.

Location: 6.01 World Trade Centre, Bayside Road, Gibraltar, Gibraltar (onsite, full-time)

What you will do

  • Own full product lifecycle for engagement tools from ideation, strategy, launch to continuous improvement, focusing on gamification mechanics.
  • Conduct market and behavioural research on operator usage, player responses, CRM needs, and competitors.
  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for CRM, promotions, and marketing teams.
  • Prioritize features driving measurable player engagement, retention, segmentation, and real-time triggers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, CRM, and business teams to deliver scalable tools and translate concepts into requirements.
  • Monitor performance, iterate based on metrics, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation including guides and release notes.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong hands-on familiarity with CRM engagement tools, promotional mechanics, gamification platforms, or loyalty systems, ideally in gaming or iGaming.
  • Practical experience with missions, challenges, achievements, prize drops, or leaderboards.
  • Experience collaborating with CRM, marketing, and promotions teams.
  • Comfortable in Agile environments, partnering with developers.
  • Analytical and data-driven, using metrics like activation, retention, participation rates, ROI.

Nice to have

  • Previous product management experience.
  • Experience in online casino, gaming, or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with PAM/PAM+ platforms, CRM systems, or promotional engines.
  • Technical skills such as SQL, PowerBI, Jira, Confluence.
  • Additional languages like Estonian, Russian, Spanish.
