What you will do

• Own the end-to-end casino P&L and lead promotions and retention strategies.
• Manage the full casino content roadmap and commercial relationships with game providers and aggregators.
• Partner with the VIP team to enhance the experience of high-value players.
• Oversee day-to-day casino operations through the direct management of the Casino Executive.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Support.
• Provide regular performance reporting and data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online casino management or a senior iGaming operations role.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning and improving casino P&L performance.
• Deep understanding of casino KPIs, player behaviour, and retention mechanics.
• Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns and measuring their impact on revenue.
• Experience negotiating and managing supplier and aggregator relationships.
• Highly analytical approach to reporting and forecasting.
