What you will do

• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into functional technical specifications.
• Define and document business processes, procedures, and data flows for DTC and retail systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address system issues and implement technology solutions.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for DTC and eCommerce business areas, liaising with IT and external support.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a best-practice resource for the enterprise application team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience with eCommerce platforms, preferably Shopify, Magento, or SAP Hybris.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle) and CRM (SFDC) systems is highly preferred.
