What you will do

• Initiate and lead high-impact, cross-company design projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Identify new opportunities to improve products, processes, and user experience.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and AI to define vision and priorities.
• Drive end-to-end product design from problem definition, research, ideation, prototyping, to delivery and iteration.
• Evolve product design processes for faster, higher-quality work and ensure design consistency via design system.
• Measure design solution success and iterate based on data and feedback while fostering a culture of initiative and learning.

Requirements

• 7+ years designing digital SaaS products, ideally in cybersecurity or complex data-rich domains.
• Proven track record of initiating and leading design initiatives with business and user impact.
• Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking, execution, and cross-team influence.
• Skilled in user research methodologies and applying insights to strategy.
• Ability to operate from vision-setting to detail refinement, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills with proactive leadership.
