What you will do

• Act as primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR inquiries, onboarding, and policies.
• Resolve HR cases end-to-end applying policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Identify process gaps and lead standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects and monitor team KPIs for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders for compliant service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR Services, Operations, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with employee life-cycle processes and HR inquiries in multinational environment.
• Experience with HR systems and case management.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
