What you will do
- Support the execution of global compensation frameworks and administer structures across trading, technology, and operations functions.
- Manage the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, validation, and reporting for salary reviews and bonuses.
- Administer short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI, LTIP), ensuring accurate calculations and timely payouts.
- Execute performance management processes, including OKR tracking, review cycles, and system administration in HiBob.
- Coordinate regional benefits programs, conduct market benchmarking, and monitor utilization to support program improvements.
- Maintain compliant documentation and audit trails for all C&B processes in accordance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in Total Rewards or Performance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential compensation and HR data.
- Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
