What you will do

  • Support the execution of global compensation frameworks and administer structures across trading, technology, and operations functions.
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, validation, and reporting for salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Administer short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI, LTIP), ensuring accurate calculations and timely payouts.
  • Execute performance management processes, including OKR tracking, review cycles, and system administration in HiBob.
  • Coordinate regional benefits programs, conduct market benchmarking, and monitor utilization to support program improvements.
  • Maintain compliant documentation and audit trails for all C&B processes in accordance with local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in Total Rewards or Performance.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential compensation and HR data.
  • Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and reports for leadership.
