What you will do
- Coordinate completion of HR processes like onboarding, background checks, role changes, performance management, and training requests, following up proactively and escalating issues.
- Prepare for new starters by ensuring equipment setup, logins, objectives, and induction training plans with managers.
- Resolve employee enquiries, support policy implementation, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and promote wellbeing.
- Prepare reports and analyze data from surveys, exit interviews, and other metrics.
- Coordinate People Team communications, newsletters, and updates to managers and the business.
- Propose process improvements to enhance employee experience and reduce administrative efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or substantial working experience.
- Good experience in HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of legal compliance for health & safety, employee screening, and ongoing checks, with experience processing documentation.
- Experience preparing reports and spreadsheets (e.g., diversity analysis, absence monitoring).
- Experience using an HRIS.
- Experience arranging and participating in training sessions.
- Experience in ISO certified environments (e.g., 9001, 14001, 20001, 27001).
- Good organizational skills.
