What you will do

• Support implementation of global professional development journeys, including planning, participant management, communications, and logistics across regions.
• Coordinate program calendars, trackers, dashboards, and project plans while managing timelines, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Partner with instructional design teams to develop and refresh content, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Align with HRBPs, regional HR, and business leaders to ensure program rollout, participation, and relevance to business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in learning & development, talent development, or HR program management.
• Experience coordinating leadership or professional development programs in global or regional organizations.
• Familiarity with learning platforms like Workday Learning.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
