What you will do
- Own localization roadmap, strategy, and OKRs for UI, content, and system messages
- Manage LSP relationships: vendor selection, contracts, performance, briefing, LQA, and escalations
- Coordinate translation, review, implementation, and release readiness across 37 languages
- Define TMS strategy, implement workflows, and optimize for scale
- Establish quality standards including glossaries, style guides, and terminology consistency
- Perform localization QA: linguistic testing, UI fit, bug fixes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, designers, QA, and operations on i18n/l10n best practices
- Drive automation, process improvements, and incorporate market insights
Requirements
- 2+ years in localization management for digital products
- Experience managing localization within product delivery timelines at scale
- Hands-on with localization management systems or CAT tools
- Direct LSP management: selection, performance, briefing, LQA
- Professional fluency in English with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in one other language or understanding of linguistic complexities
- Comfortable with JSON/XLIFF formats and basic GitLab/version control
- Clear communication as main localization contact

- Experience in betting/iGaming industry
- Familiarity with regulatory/cultural market specifics
- TMS migration experience
- Copy-editing or copywriting background
