What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of the monitoring product from discovery and scoping to delivery and iteration.
• Manage backlog by translating high-level goals into prioritized user stories for the engineering squad.
• Collaborate with Scientific, Engineering, and Design teams for technical feasibility and coherence.
• Refine complex workflows like risk detection and protocol deviations into simple requirements.
• Optimize product performance based on feedback from live studies and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary product reference for the squad on the "what" and "why".

Requirements

• Proven experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, specifically Monitoring, RBQM/RBM, or Clinical Operations.
• Expertise in breaking down complex data workflows (thresholds, KRIs, alerts) into user-centric requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to simplify complex scientific topics for technical teams.

Nice to have

• Direct experience as CRA, CTM, or in Clinical Data Management.
• Familiarity with CTMS/eTMF and automated query generation logic.
• Experience in high-growth squad-based agile model.
