What you will do

• Manage full-cycle payroll for local employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and statutory/pension reporting.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs and approve provider outputs to ensure accurate processing.
• Administer benefits, including pension providers, vacation, sick leave, and Miluim-related settlements.
• Take full responsibility for local credit cards, employee reimbursements, and travel expense processes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Identify and implement improvements to payroll and AP processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Certified Payroll Controller is mandatory.
• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 1+2) is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll and AP bookkeeping.
• Experience working with NetSuite is mandatory.
• Fluent English proficiency.
