TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Strategic): Deliver value and ROI to hirify.global’s largest clients through relationship management, onboarding, and optimization of platform usage with an accent on commercial renewals, expansions, and quarterly business reviews. Focus on analyzing account metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high retention rates via best practices education and proactive support.

Hybrid: New York office 3 days per week, must be able to commute

Salary: $160,000 USD OTE annually

What you will do

  • Renew and expand book of business with commercial responsibility
  • Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and lead value-driven conversations
  • Act as technical authority on hirify.global platform for customer queries
  • Analyze account metrics to identify pain points and growth opportunities
  • Onboard clients via walk-throughs, webinars, demos, and best practices education

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing role managing large VIP customers
  • Understanding of IT infrastructures (networks, operating systems) or readiness to learn
  • Solid knowledge of customer lifecycle stages
  • Ability to explain complex technology simply
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills for data trends
  • Ability to commute to NY office 3x/week
  • Proven client retention, development, growth record
