What you will do

• Provide first-line customer-facing support via the service desk and handle daily workload handovers with global peers.
• Administer and support ALM tools including Jira, Confluence, and TestRail across multiple studios.
• Configure workflows, automation, and integrations to deliver tailored tooling solutions.
• Manage user access, vendor onboarding, VPN/IP allowlisting, and project-level permissions.
• Curate and maintain knowledge base articles and provide timely updates to customers on issue progress.
• Collaborate with senior team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N5 or above).
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management principles.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Technical mindset with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development and testing methodologies, ideally within the gaming industry.
• Hands-on experience managing ALM tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with service desk tools like Jira ServiceDesk or ZenDesk.
• ITIL certification.
